In an all-female cast Valentina plays
Roderigo, a rich Venetian who says he is
in love with
Desdemona. With money he buys his damnation, unable to see
Iago's clever machinations that will lead to his death.
Valentina tells this human parable by focusing on a physicality
that is both fluid and awkward and portrays a character
who is a victim of himself and his cowardice.
